Privacy Policy
All correspondence between Underwood Research & Admin will be kept confidential. If personal identification (i.e. building codes, website log ins, etc.) are given to us, they will be kept in a secure file and not shared with anyone outside of our team. All information obtained as necessary to complete tasks will be destroyed or deleted after the task is complete unless otherwise requested by the client. This includes but is not limited to keeping website log ins for future business.
Legal Disclaimer
Staff at Underwood Research & Admin reserve the right to deny service to any organization for any reason they see fit. This includes but is not limited to inability to complete tasks in the request manner or time frame, judging behavior as unprofessional or disrespectful, or is outside of Madison County Alabama.
If clients are unhappy with the services received, we request that they speak with our team but if the team agrees that services were provided according to the request, then clients will not be reimbursed. If a mistake was made on behalf of Underwood Research and Admin, then the we will discuss further with the client about how to resolve the problem.
